Kappa 180 - The new benchmark in digital textile printing

The Kappa 180 is a high-performance inkjet printer that is an alternative to flatbed screen printing that ensures abolute flexiblity in the age of rapidly changing fashions. Offering the ability to print on different textile fibers with environmentally friendly, water-based dispersion-, reactive- and acid inks using the QuadroZ arrays, the Kappa 180 is an economical and ecological innovation.
The Durst Quadro Array has been modified for textile printing and is now capable of printing on textiles with a specially hardened, fray-resistant nozzle plate with a drop size of 7/14/21 picoliters. 6,144 jets per color produce a resolution of up to 1680 dpi, while a single automatic nozzle cleaning system ensures uninterrupted operation.
