Rho 1012 – The most productive 12 picoliter flatbed printer in its class

The Rho 1012 sets the quality standard for high end industrial inkjet productivity. This is due to Durst’s latest Quadro Array 12M printhead technology which features very small droplets of only 12 picoliters and a resolution of 1000 dpi. The Rho 1012 is equipped with over 65,000 nozzles in the print carriage. This enables a very high printing speed of up to 5,300 sq.ft./hr without compromising the quality. The Rho 1012 can be integrated into an industrial production line and is ideal suitable for ¾ automation. This includes manual loading, automatic registration and automatic stacking. The precise left and right registration enables parallel printing of multiple boards.

Thanks to the unique flexibility of the Rho 1000 series, various media types and sizes can be printed and exchanged between the roll-to-roll and flatbed printing. For both printers are various ink systems with additional colors such as light magenta, light cyan, spot and process color available. All Rho inks are 100 % solvent-free (VOC-free) to achieve fine color gradations and excellent adhesion on various media.
